Are you Ready for the Challenge?

Jon Hinds, the son of legendary fitness expert and founder of Lifeline Fitness Products Bobby Hinds, passed along this exclusive Jump Rope FIT workout. Needless to say, it would be a perfect way to start training with your new Set of Lifeline Jump Ropes.

The workout consists of a 2 minute warm up, followed by 4 -12 minutes of 20/10 work/rest training, followed by a 2 minute cool down. Each section of work is 20 seconds of high intensity Rope Jumping with a 10 second recovery period.

If you are new to jumping rope, do your best for the each 20 second work time. Follow the "Stability" workout (see below) until you can reach the 20 reps for each set with ease. Then add 5 reps to each forward and backwards section until you can go to the "Strength" level which is 35 reps in 20 seconds. Do the same procedure for progressing to the "Power" level. The goal here is to constantly strive for improvement as you would with any form of strength training.
