Mail-in Order Checklist:
Please contact us prior to mailing payment to obtain an order total (including tax where applicable and shipping). We will not ship without complete payment.
When sending payment by mail (Check, Money Order, etc.), please include your:
___1. Name
___2. Shipping address
___3. Telephone number
___4. E-mail address
___5. Complete list of items you would like to order
Don't forget to include Shipping & Handling with your total.Michigan residents please add 6% sales tax to
your payment. Foreign customers MUST contact us for instructions and total before placing an order.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct; if the shipment comes back to us because you provided an incorrect address,
we will charge you to re-ship the product. In addition, if you provide an address that does not get verified with our postage software,
we will not ship out your order, and will contact you BEFORE we ship your items. We will then wait to receive a
verifiable address and then we will send your order. Checking and re-checking your address will help to prevent your order from taking longer than
it needs to get to you.
If you are calling in an order, and do not provide a way to contact you, we will not be able to accept your order.
We do not use your phone number or e-mail address for anything other than contacting you or putting you on our e-mail list.
