  • "The Truest Test of a Man's Strength..."

"The truest test of a man's strength is the ability to pull himself up in all situations" - That's what my old strength coach used to always say, and he was right on. Pull-ups and chin-ups are great exercises for building arm and back strength and you never know when that kind of training just might come in handy.

Chin-Up bar by Bodyweight Basics Just so we are on the same page, a "chin-up" is performed with the palms facing inward and a "pull-up" is performed with the palms facing outward. Each movement stresses somewhat different muscle groups but both are useful.

Now you can train your pull-ups with the best wall-mounted pull-up (and chin-up!) bar on the market.

This fully adjustable wall-mounted chinning bar can be used by all ages and can be adjusted in 6-inch increments up to 2 feet up and down (for a total movement of 4 feet.)

The 30" wide steel framework has a powder-coated finish for durability. The chin-up bar itself is made out of 14-gauge steel and is an inch thick. (Oak wall mounts are not included.)

Note: We cannot provide attachment hardware for the chin-up bar.

    Adjustable Wall-Mounted Chinning Bar - $199.99 + $39 S&H
