In order to train with the TRX, your only requirement will be a stable attachment point that can support your bodyweight.
This can include the bar over a power rack, a tree, a steel pole, a fence, an overhead beam, or any other stable object.
Complete instructions for installation are included with every TRX system.
For best results with overhead suspensory movements, your atachment point should be between 6.5 to 9 feet from the ground. No special hardware attachment is necessary. The system comes with a suspension anchor which easily attaches to your chosen attachment point and you can adjust it as necessary for any environment. Simply make sure that your anchor point can support your bodyweight and will not shift during use, and you are good to go. |
