Question: Does the TRX come with instructions on how to mount it in my house or outside?

    Answer:

Complete instructions for installation are included with the Quick Start Guide which is included with the system. You simply need a stable attachment point. For overhead training, this point should be between 6.5 to 9 feet from the ground.

No special hardware attachment is necessary. The system comes with a suspension anchor which easily attaches to your chosen attachment point. Simply ensure that your anchor point can support your bodyweight, and you are are ready to begin training with the TRX System.

The TRX Quick Start Guide will help you get set up in no time
